Brandon joined the Slant team from the outset and is constantly broadening his skillset. Brandon has a keen eye for detail and fantastic troubleshooting skills to ensure that problems are resolved efficiently.

Utilising his prior experience with large scale imaging and rollouts of various devices, Brandon is able to troubleshoot most OS level & software issues. Brandon is constantly learning new skills and is currently studying various Point of Sale solutions to add to Slant’s solutions toolkit.

Andy Proctor

Andy has worked for some of Sydney’s leading managed services companies, and managed service desk operations, reporting, day to day training and operations as well as back-end operations including billing, financials reporting, procurement and device setup.

Andy has a fast, thorough approach to troubleshooting and has extensive experience in both Windows and Mac OS X environments, as well as iOS and Android support.

James Prumm

After working at one of Sydney’s lead ad-agencies in the electronics space, James joined the Slant team bringing with him a wealth of knowledge on networking, storage, Mac & Windows Server configuration & support.

James’ background allows him to design and implement solutions that are cohesive to business operations, while minimising downtime and staff re-training costs. James has experience working for Apple in various capacities in the past and understands the critical nature of customer service and reliable support coupled with the right solution.
