Assisted with deployment and security management of iPads for the Education Unit at the National Gallery of Australia.

iPads were initially used as part of the “Big Draw” events but were soon adopted for other uses by the Education team.

Utilising Mobile Device Management solutions we were able to control the content available on the devices as well as re-image devices after use to ensure no student data was retained.

Designed and Deployed an imaging solution for iOS and Mac OS devices at the ACT Digital Hub in Gunghalin, a joint Initiative between NBNCo and the ACT Government.

The aim was to provide devices that people could use on a weekly basis while ensuring their personal data remained secure.

A procedure was developed to fully re-image devices with updated security patches as they were released to ensure user safety & security.

Deployment project around an internal application that involved setup and configuration of a fleet of iPads with Cellular Access, reconciliation of service numbers to Users to report back to internal IT.

Coordination of NBN Fixed Wireless installation and setup of Security Gateway, Cloud Management of network and mesh repeater system.

Increased available bandwidth to site from 1.3Mbps to 49Mbps downstream, and decreased latency from 290ms to 41ms.
Upstream bandwidth also increased to 18.98Mbps.
